lumafy CMS comes in two plans – lite and pro. The core is identical: the same editor, the same templates, scheduling, offline playback. The difference is how large and how demanding your setup is. This guide helps you make the right choice in two minutes.

lumafy CMS lite – for a single location

lite is built for one place and a small team. You get the full content toolkit: images, videos, documents (PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), YouTube, web pages, weather, clock, QR codes, an RSS ticker and social feeds. Plus drag-and-drop playlists, scheduling, remote screen management, automatic updates and offline playback for up to 35 days. One user account, support by email and phone.

Typical for lite: cafés, bakeries and restaurants with a digital menu, hair and beauty salons, doctors’ offices and pharmacies in the waiting area, retail with a shop-window display, reception areas in offices or workshops.

lumafy CMS pro – for chains and IT requirements

pro includes everything in lite and adds exactly what matters from the second location onward and in larger organisations: unlimited users with custom roles, approval workflows, a central admin portal and multi-site management – every branch, every region as its own unit. Plus integrations like Power BI, Microsoft Teams and Tableau, an API to connect your own systems, proof-of-play reports and a comprehensive security package: single sign-on, custom password policies, IP whitelisting, audit logs and more.

Typical for pro: retail chains with central marketing control, hotel groups, hospitals, corporations and public authorities with IT policies on SSO and audit, schools and universities across multiple buildings.
